Pastor Leroy Sewell

Pastor Leroy Sewell accepted the call from God to proclaim His Glory. His training began in 1989 at Northern Caribbean University. He graduated in 1995 with his BA in Religion and Theology.

After laboring for years he found the time to acquire a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Theology in 2006 from Inter-American Adventist Theological Seminary. Presently he is enrolled at Andrews University pursuing a Doctoral degree in Leadership.

He has labored in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Upstate New York, and Georgia. He provided leadership in various areas as Ministerial Director, Adventist Community Services and Disaster Response Coordinator, Hospital Chaplain, Police Chaplain, and Men’s Ministry Coordinator. He presently serves the United States Air Force as Chaplain at the rank of Captain.

In 2015 he was sworn in as a Notary Public in the State of Georgia. Although with these assignments he has always been at the frontline of Pastoral Ministry, his theme is “Watchman on the wall of Zion, what of the night?“

He is married to Thalia, his wife for 24 years. The marriage has been blessed with three children: Alethea, LeVoy, and Thalon.

During his ministry, he has seen over 2,200 persons baptized in the Adventist Church.
